When blogging began in the 1990’s, I really didn’t feel like I had anything worth sharing, nor was I into writing down my thoughts. Now, extremely late to the party, I’ve decided to jump on this bandwagon.
What really prompted the idea was that I wanted to create a website to showcase programming projects. Then that lead to wanting to do something more with my website rather than have it collect virtual dust until I get projects completed. So a friend suggested blogging about the process of learning new dev skills and the development of these projects. So here we are. WordPress was recommended as blog host and the URL closely matches my personal site (which is still a work in progress because the site development tools I’ve been trying have NOT worked as easily as advertised). Regardless, this is my initial post. I plan to make categories for my various ideas hobbies and keep the blogs for each separate. I’m sure I’ll muck that up and end up having posts that fit under multiple categories, though. Such is life.
